Quality inspections
Walkthroughs against drawings and samples—covering workmanship, levels, and services before they disappear behind finishes. Site visits are planned around project stages, weekly or on demand, as agreed in the scope.
BOQ & stage reviews
We review BOQs and stage-wise bills against the agreed scope. The extent of the review is defined in your agreement.
Progress updates
After site visits you receive progress updates with site photos, shared on WhatsApp or as a written report, as agreed.
Handover & snagging
Punch lists, final checks, and coordination through completion—residential homes, offices, and retail alike, as defined in scope.
